چکیده
In recent years, with the aggravation of environmental pollution, study aquatic ecotoxicology has become a hot topic. Some organisms, such as large fleas, toads, and zebrafish, have been developed applied model organisms. They increasingly used to bioaccumulation toxicity pollutants due advantages their small size, easy reproduction, short life cycle, low maintenance cost, ability combine genetic, cellular, whole organism endpoints. This review summarizes methods in ecotoxicology, using its developmental toxicity, biomarkers, genomics, phenotype analysis evaluate pollutants, providing reference value for researchers select animals research.

Aquatic and terrestrial mesocosms in amphibian ecotoxicology
Abstract. Aquatic and terrestrial mesocosms have been used successfully to examine ecological and ecotoxicological questions with amphibians. Mesocosms represent a bridge between the laboratory and the natural world, and allow for experimental research on factors that influence amphibian populations and communities. In this manuscript, we review the current literature utilizing mesocosms for ec...

متن کاملToxicology and ecotoxicology of persistent organic microcontaminants in aquatic systems.
Persistent organic pollutants (POP) are a heterogeneous group of chemicals widely distributed in the aquatic environment. Some classes cause adverse effects in the biota at minute concentrations, persist in the environment for a long time, and bioaccumulate in animal tissues. Several strategies exist today to monitor their levels and evaluate their effects in the environment. Particularly, some...
